Between April 20 and April 25, 2024, I collaborated with ASL OG, a US-based client, to transform their commercial imagery into clean, high-converting assets for their e-commerce catalog. The project focused on high-precision background removal, clean edge isolation, and post-processing across diverse product categories.
To deliver market-ready visuals, I applied custom editing workflows tailored to each image type:
Apparel & Models: Isolated full-body studio shots while maintaining natural fabric contours and preserving soft contact shadows beneath footwear.
Leather Goods: Created clean vector clipping paths around structured bags and metal hardware, preserving realistic ambient shading.
Complex Furniture: Removed background bleed from intricate negative spaces between chair legs and table frames.
Portraiture & Hair Extraction: Employed advanced channel masking to isolate fine, wind-blown hair strands seamlessly against a pure white backdrop.
Every image was delivered in lossy-free PNG and web-optimized JPEG formats, meeting strict commercial standards.
The project was delivered on schedule with 100% initial approval. ASL OG commended the exceptional accuracy on complex edges—particularly the hair extraction and furniture sets—noting that the updated catalog significantly elevated their brand’s visual consistency and professionalism without requiring a single revision.
